About

With a career that began in Detroit at Leo Burnett, then veered out West to Los Angeles and (now) San Francisco, I've enjoyed the diversity of clients, cultures, categories and projects along the way. Wherever I landed, I actively sought projects that demanded real ideas embedded in savvy executions.  As an art major (concentration in advertising and design), who began college as an English major, I'm always inspired equally to finesse the turn of a phrase as well as the kern of a letter pair–hence many of the headlines in my portfolio were also authored by me.

Whether creating work for global ad agencies, client-side marketing teams or freelance clients, the story, target audience and marketing puzzle is always intriguing, a challenge, and an all-engrossing endeavor--intellectual and intuitive. I am totally in my wheelhouse leading and guiding stars to align for big picture concepts with devilishly accomplished attention to detail.

As a creative lead, I've conceived and guided award-winning campaigns for a plethora of clients--from Universal Studios to Microsoft. From automobiles, motorcycles, insurance and banking to diminutive extra-terrestrials, celebrity 'garbage gurus', lemons, jelly beans and game-changing online dating sites. Pro bono to Fortune 500. Consumer products to B2B. Print, OOH, direct, packaging, branding and broadcast to digital. Been there. Done that. But always ready to take on a new assignment with renewed enthusiasm, a fresh eye and a range of great on-trend ideas. Let's talk!

If you'd like to learn more about where I've been, what I've done, whom I've led, and which awards I've won, please check out my resume.
